The Beatles has claimed that Yoko Ono once instructed John Lennon on how to take heroin.Set for release this Thursday (April 11), All You Need Is Love includes a part in which Lennon’s ex-wife Ono denied she “put John on H”.“It was just a nice feeling [being on heroin]. So I told John that,” explained Ono, who reportedly first used the drug when she was in Paris (via People).She noted that Lennon “wouldn’t take anything unless he wanted to do it”, claiming: “[He] wanted to take it, that’s why he was asking [about her experiences with the drug].”Ono stated that she was keen to refute the claim that the Beatles icon’s dependence on heroin was entirely her fault. She said that the couple “never injected” it, but usually just snorted it instead.In 1970, Lennon opened up about taking the drug.

Death in Paradise's schedule replacement has been confirmed, with a new BBC series set to air in the show's slot.The thirteenth series of Death in Paradise came to an emotional close on Sunday, 24 March, with DI Neville Parker (Ralf Little) sailing off into the sunset with Florence Cassell (Joséphine Jobert). Fans were left devastated to see another series of the hit BBC drama conclude, but it's now been revealed that a new show will be launching to fill the void.The programme, titled This Town, will air on BBC One on Sundays at 9pm.

The series is currently filming its fourth season in New York, while the third season aired its finale in February. “We know that our fans can’t get enough of ‘Raising Kanan.’ As the inevitable evolution of this young man into a killer plays out, we knew we had much more backstory to share in this ever-escalating family saga,” said Kathryn Busby, president of original programming for Starz.
