ITV has announced the list of celebrities that will be taking part in the third series of Cooking With The Stars and it's going to be a belter.Tom Allen, 39, and Emma Willis, 47, will be returning as presenters of the show and welcome eight new celebrities including a Love Island and Im a Celeb star.
