Hans Zimmer has announced that he’ll be performing a series of arena shows in the UK and Ireland next year as part of his 2023 European tour – get tickets here.Following the major success of his recent tour across Europe, the award-winning composer will return to the continent for a 32-date tour that will include a pair of shows at The O2 in London before making stops in Manchester and Dublin.The “groundbreaking audio and visual show” will see Zimmer, his band and the Odessa Opera Orchestra & Friends perform many of the composer’s worldwide successes. The newly arranged concert suites include music from Gladiator, Pirates Of The Caribbean, The Dark Knight, Interstellar, The Lion King, The Last Samurai and Dune.“I’m thrilled to return to the stage for another tour in Europe and excited to share this phenomenal show that the band and I are preparing for,” Zimmer said in a statement. “I’m grateful to be able to play our music that brings together so many people for a truly unforgettable experience.”A post shared by Hans Zimmer Live (@hanszimmerlive)Tickets for the UK dates are on sale now here.

Michelle Yeoh is taking on a new role.

Joe Otterson TV ReporterThe Netflix drama series “The Brothers Sun” has set its main cast, which includes Michelle Yeoh, Variety has learned.Yeoh will star alongside series regulars Justin Chien, Sam Song Li, Highdee Kuan, and Joon Lee. Alice Jewkin, Jon Xue Zhang,  Jenny Yang, Madison Hu, and Rodney To will appear in recurring roles.The show was ordered to series at Netflix back in February with an eight-episode pickup. It is set in Los Angeles and Taiwan and features an all-Asian writers room and all-Asian cast.

Prince Charles has marked 70 years of holding the title Duke of Cornwall by visiting the county’s annual agricultural show.The prince, accompanied by his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, toured the Royal Cornwall Show on Friday, talking to dozens of local businesses exhibiting their wares, from sparkling cider, to biltong, to hot sauce. Arriving at the show, the royal couple were presented with a harvest jug created by St Ives-based potter Adrian Brough.The jug was decorated with images of flowers and sheaves of wheat, and is traditionally used in Cornwall to carry ale or cider at harvest time. Gaz Coombes has released a new track today (June 7) called ‘Sonny The Strong’. Peep Show fans have expressed their surprise after seeing actress Sophie Winkleman in the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.The actress, who famously played Big Suze on the long-running sitcom, is actually a member of the Royal family because she’s married Lord Frederick Windsor, making her title Lady Frederick Windsor.Her husband is the son of the Queen’s cousin Prince Michael of Kent, who is 53rd in line to the British throne.Winkleman was spotted as part of the celebrations over the weekend, with many admitting their shock at seeing her.

It marks the band's first new material in over nine years and will appear on their newly announced album Cool It Down. The NYC trio's fifth album will be released on September 30 via Secretly Canadian.

Girl In Red has announced a new one-off show in London next spring.The Norwegian singer-songwriter will bring her ‘Make It Go Quiet Tour’ to the capital’s O2 Brixton Academy on April 3, 2023.
