Wilt Chamberlain Docuseries ‘Goliath’ Sets Showtime Premiere Date

Peacock announced on Monday that the Focus Features sequel Book Club: The Next Chapter, taking Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen and Mary Steenburgen to Italy, will begin streaming exclusively on the platform on June 30th, there appearing alongside such other recent theatrical titles as Focus Features’ action comedy Polite Society, and the horror comedies Renfield and Cocaine Bear from Universal Pictures.

The upcoming fourth season of Disney+’ original series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series will be its last, with all eight episodes dropping on August 9.

The Ringer and Religion of Sports have unveiled Destination NBA: A G League Odyssey as the title for their NBA G League documentary greenlighted at Amazon, announcing that the film will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide on August 8th. The film, a remake of 2014 Tamil-language Ajith Kumar hit “Veeram,” was released theatrically worldwide in April during the Eid holiday frame. Directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Salman Khan Films, “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” revolves around Bhaijaan (Khan) who has committed to live a bachelor’s life so that he can take care of his three younger brothers (Raghav Juyal, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam). Meanwhile his brothers, who’ve already found their life partners, come together to find a perfect match for Bhaijaan. The story takes an unexpected turn when a beautiful woman (Pooja Hegde) walks into his life.

It’s official. Billions will end with its upcoming seventh season. Showtime confirmed Thursday that the seventh season will be the last for the hit drama series, and announced the premiere date. The first episode will stream on Paramount+ with Showtime on Friday, August 11, before making its on-air debut Sunday, August 13 at 8 pm on Showtime. Subsequent episodes will roll out weekly.
