It's nearly time for Glastonbury fans to try and get their hands on those all-important festival tickets - but it won't be easy.
Tickets for the much-loved Somerset music festival will go on sale this week with millions of fans expected to try and bag them. But most of them will be left disappointed as just a fraction will manage to get their hands on a golden ticket to Worthy Farm for Glastonbury 2024, which takes place between June 26 and 30 next year.
Around 2.5 million people register to enter the ticket sale, and the tickets usually sell out in a matter of minutes. In 2023, around 200,000 people attended the festival.

Tickets will go on sale in two batches. Coach tickets will be up for grabs on Thursday evening, followed by the main sale on Sunday morning.
Earlier this year Glastonbury organisers announced that prices would be going up this year, while ticket-buyers will also have to put down a larger deposit than usual to secure their tickets.

Coach packages will go on sale on Thursday, November 2, at 6pm. Standard tickets will go on sale on Sunday, November 5, at 9am.

Everyone who wants to purchase a ticket should have registered ahead of time. Without a registration, you cannot buy a ticket.
