A couple who have hosted more than 100 marriage proposals and honeymoons at their Airbnb holiday lets, "setting the scene" with rose petal messages on the bed and fairy lights, have said they love creating "magical" Disney-esque settings to allow romance to blossom.
Jacqui Selwood, 58, runs two Airbnb holiday lets in the "beautiful" Tamar Valley in Cornwall one of which is set in a former railway station with her 54-year-old husband Tim.
The Signal Box opened in 2018, followed by The Sidings in 2020, and the couple have hosted more than 100 marriage proposals and honeymoons in the one-bedroom properties, some of which they have been involved in as "Airbnb cupids".

One woman sent Jacqui 10 photos, which were all numbered with captions, and she asked her to place them on the bed with fairy lights, while another person requested 50 red balloons and roses.
After posting a picture of a successful proposal set-up on Airbnb in 2021, the couple have since had one such booking between the properties every month turning their picturesque holiday lets into a go-to destination for couples.
It has become such a lucrative romance business that Tim quit his job in the motor trade, working as a body shop manager, so they could work on it together full-time.
"We're like Airbnb cupids. We're part of the love, Tim and I," Jacqui told PA Real Life.
"We are able to make dreams come true, and Tim and I collaborate and make it look as perfect as possible, as it's a moment that somebody will remember for the rest of
