A violent thug knifed a man in his side before going on to assault a woman, leaving her with fractured ribs, while he was awaiting his day in court.
Declan Smith, 26, was drinking and socialising with three people at a property in Wigan on February 12 2021. At around 6am the following morning, he became involved in a row with another man who was in attendance.
