An urgent appeal has been launched to find a missing boy from Manchester. Nine-year-old Rohvani, whose surname was not disclosed by police, was last seen on Stanley Grove in Longsight at around 1.30pm on Wednesday (January 17).
The schoolboy has been described as a mixed race male, of a slight build, around 5ft tall with a small brunette afro. He was reported missing wearing a grey school uniform jumper, with black pants and black shoes with a white sole.
A major search has now been launched to find Rohvani, with police enquiries continuing. Officers are 'becoming increasingly concerned' about him and 'want to make sure he is safe and well', Greater Manchester Police said.

A public appeal shared on Wednesday included two pictures of Rohvani, including what appeared to be a CCTV still of him and a picture of him in his school uniform.
