Two men have died after a crash between a motorbike and car in Wigan.
The smash happened on Ormskirk Road, near the junction with Billinge Road, at around 7.15pm last night (Saturday, April 13). A Peugeot 408 collided with a Suzuki GSR750 motorbike, police said.
Both the driver of the motorbike and a passenger 'became unseated'. Tragically, a 21-year-old man was pronounced dead on the scene 'due to the impact'.

A 56-year-old man was rushed to hospital, but sadly died a short time later from his injuries. The driver of the car - a 41-year-old man - was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and causing serious injury by careless driving.
He remains in custody to be quizzed by detectives. Officers at Greater Manchester Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit are now urging any witnesses to come forward.
They also want to speak to anyone who has footage of the incident. Police said officers worked on the scene overnight, with investigations continuing into today (Sunday).
PC Philip Drummond from our Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: "This is another extremely upsetting and tragic collision that has happened in recent days in Wigan and our thoughts remains with their loved ones.
"Our enquiries are ongoing and continuing at pace from last night and we are now appealing to the local community to come forward if they saw anything or have access to doorbell or dashcam CCTV to help us establish further the moments leading up to the collision.
