Emily Miller and Cam Holmes - who met each other on the hit Netflix reality show Too Hot To Handle - have revealed the gender of their baby.
The couple got together in June 2021 and announced that they were expecting their first child together at the start of 2024. But now in an interview with The Sun and also on their podcast Now We're Talking Baby, Emily and Cam shared they're having a baby boy in June.
The pair shared their excited and said that they felt like they’d “known they were having a baby boy all along.” Cam, 27, admitted things feel “a lot more real,” after they found out the gender.
They decided not to throw a lavish party to reveal the gender and instead opted for a simpler choice of cutting through a cake while filming for their new podcast with their production team watching on.
Emily 29, explained: “I just knew it was a boy straight away. We were referring to bump as ‘him’, and we both just had a strong feeling.
We ended up going for a 20 week scan with the NHS, and we were always going to have a cake done and to do that they needed to put our results in an envelope, but the NHS refused to do that – maybe in case it’s wrong or something like that. “So we ended up waiting another week to go private and they then put the results in an envelope for us and we went to the baker and had a cake made and then announced it on the first episode of our podcast.” However, they also joked that they found it "really hard" not to open the envelope right away.
