Tom Daley was welcomed home by his son and husband Dustin Lance Black after winning a silver medal. An emotional post on Instagram shows Tom's six year old son, Robbie, waiting at LAX International airport with an adorable handmade sign.
The multicoloured finger panted sign read "welcome home and congratulations" , with love hearts and the Olympic rings. Images in the post showed Robbie and Tom embracing in arrivals and a video shared captured the heart-warming moment.
Posted on Lance's Instagram page, he said: "Welcome home, Papa Tom Daley!! We missed you so so so much this past month, but we are so proud of you earning another two world championship medals and a fresh spot at a brand new Olympic Games." Also on his story, Robbie was seen getting a haircut "ready for Papa's homecoming." Many fans congratulated Tom in the comments and said what a "beautiful" moment it was. One said: "I woke up to these videos and I'm squealing so hard....you guys are the sweetest everrrrr. Love your family so much." Another added: "This made me cry.
