Cat Deeley and Patrick Kielty are bringing a touch of California sunshine to their £5 million London home, aiming for an LA-style mansion transformation.
The pair, who wed in 2012 and share two kids, recently relocated from the US back to the UK, with Cat stepping into Holly Willoughby's shoes on This Morning. Cat joined forces with Ben Shephard on the hit ITV daytime show last month after leaving her role on the American hit show, So You Think You Can Dance? to become the new female face of This Morning.
Despite her commitment to the morning show, it's been confirmed that Cat "will absolutely not be given time off to film the next series of So You Think You Can Dance?" across the pond, where she has been a staple since 2006. However, Cat, 47, and her comedian hubby Patrick, 53, will still enjoy a slice of the American dream in London.
The couple purchased their "derelict" London abode in 2022, joining a star-studded neighbourhood that includes celebs like Lewis Capaldi and a certain One Direction charmer.
Fast forward a year, and they've secured the green light to revamp their property into a stunning Beverly Hills-esque residence, reports the Mirror. Photos of the five-bedroom property reveal that their dream pad is truly starting to shape up.
Some features spotted so far include solar panels, skylights, and massive patio doors leading out to a sizeable back garden.
The first floor boasts a terrace which is also set for an outdoor dining space. While waiting for the construction to wrap up, Cat and Patrick are living in another home in London and it's not known exactly when the couple will finally be able to settle into their new pad with their two sons.
