Erik ten Hag bemoaned Manchester United's misfortune with penalty decisions after their 1-1 draw with Burnley but also criticised his team for throwing away yet another lead.
Antony's goal against the Clarets 11 minutes from time looked to have secured all three points, but Andre Onana recklessly gave away a penalty and Zeki Amdouni equalised after 86 minutes.
United have made a habit of throwing away leads this season and they have now done so five times in their last seven games in all competitions, including letting a 3-0 lead slip against Coventry City in the FA Cup semi-final and losing against Chelsea in the Premier League when they led 3-2 after 98 minutes.

United and Burnley shared 43 shots at Old Trafford, with Ten Hag's team having 27 of them to the Clarets' 16 in what was another open and entertaining game and another that the hosts have thrown away.
"It's the facts, we should step up there, it shouldn’t happen, it’s unnecessary when you work so hard," Ten Hag said of the late concession.
"We were good together for long periods we controlled the game, loads of chances, apart from the second part of the first half the rest of the game was all ours. You’re in a winning position and you give it away."
Pressed on why that kept happening, Ten Hag turned his ire on the match officials. He told broadcasters he felt his team should have had three penalties against Burnley and again questioned decisions that hadn't gone his way in recent games.
