Leigh-born band The Lottery Winners have issued an update after pausing their UK tour last week. The have now rescheduled the remaining dates for next year.
The band were due to play in London, Leeds, Sheffield, Glasgow, Newcastle and Manchester, but has to postpone these shows following 'tragic news'. On Thursday morning they expressed their 'heartache' at rescheduling three shows over the weekend and said they would update fans on shows due to take place this week including Newcastle and Manchester.
Now, in a new update shared to X, formerly known as Twitter, the band have shared details of new dates for six shows and thanked everybody for their 'love and support.' Their homecoming gig, which was due to take place at Manchester's Apollo this Friday, will now take place on Friday, 19 January.

The post read in full: "Firstly, we'd like to thank everybody for their love and support. We've been overwhelmed by the response to our previous statement and we are eternally grateful to every single one of you.
"We will unfortunately, be rescheduling the remaining dates our of our tour." They then prompted fans to the next slide before explaining: All tickets will remain valid, and if you can't make it, refunds will be available from the point of purchase next week.
