Kids and adults alike can explore the winding paths and keep their eyes peeled for the fearless knight, brave princess and other legendary characters along the way. It’s billed as “the perfect family activity” and takes around 20-40 minutes to complete, with six locations to find.
Tickets are £3.50 per person, with discounts available for groups, while infants under 18 months go free, so it won’t break the bank. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining either as the maze opens in all weathers, just make sure to bring a pair of wellies if it gets muddy.
As well as the maze, there’s a fun play area for kids, ‘Kenyon Small Farm’, which has climbing frames, swings, slides and playhouses. All the running around can work up an appetite, but luckily Kenyon Hall Farm has an excellent cafe where you can buy some tasty treats.
Spaces for the maze are limited and it’s best to book online to guarantee your entry. The cafe is open from 9am to 4.30pm, with breakfast served from 9am-11.45am, lunch 12pm-3pm and coffee and cake until 4.30pm.
