Love at first snooze? Season 4 of premiered on Friday and the first five episodes were filled with drama, tears and ill-timed naps.When Tiffany and Brett first met in the pods, they seemed like a perfect match. But when Brett confessed his love for Tiffany, she fell asleep, leading Brett to have a very frustrated chat with his bros in the lounge.Though he declared he was «done,» Brett ultimately accepted Tiffany's apology and proposed to her just moments after.After telling Brett that she «accidentally fell asleep» because she was listening to his «soothing» voice, Tiffany spoke with ET's Will Marfuggi before the episodes aired to explain what led to the inopportune moment.«Long days, long days,» she told ET, laughing over the fact that it was included in the show.Brett also spoke with ET about the moment, saying, «It was one of those things that when it happened, I was like, 'If we make it out of the pods and we live our life together, this moment is going to stick with us for the rest of our lives.'»But not all napping was bad.

Every season of has that one couple — the pair who don't appear to be a hot mess and who might actually go the distance (the Lauren and Cameron and Alexa and Brennons, if you will). The quirky 31-year-old criminal defense attorney fell for two women in the pods — one who baked him cupcakes for his birthday (33-year-old senior program manager Bliss Poureetezadi), and one who was kind of the pod mean girl and created drama with several of the other girls (26-year-old business owner Irina Solomonova).Claiming he knew Irina's true nature, Zack cut Bliss loose in the pods and proposed to Irina in a very cringey musical moment.But it was clear from the moment the pair laid eyes on one another that things weren't exactly… blissful.

Ed Zwick wrote about his experience attempting to cast Roberts in the late 90s in a personal essay for Air Mail. Producer Edward Zwick recently published a first-person essay for Air Mail about the the making of “Shakespeare in Love.” The director behind “Glory” and “Legends of the Fall” championed the film from the beginning, coordinating with Marc Norman on the original script and getting famed playwright Tom Stoppard to come onboard to do a re-write. Zwick also bore witness to Julia Roberts joining and abandoning the project in spectacular fashion. According to Zwick, Universal Pictures only agreed to put down money for the film when Julia Roberts expressed interest in starring in the lead role. As Zwick wrote, “The mere possibility of having the ‘Pretty Woman’ wearing a corseted gown got the studio excited enough to cough up the dough. Ten weeks later I was back in London, where a xeroxed copy of Stoppard’s first draft was waiting in my fancy hotel room.”

Dancing on Ice has officially confirmed the line-up for the final of the popular ITV skating show, after a brutal double dumping on Sunday evening saw fans bid goodbye to two of their beloved stars.
