Watch the second trailer for ‘Dune: Part Two’

trailer for Dune: Part Two has arrived – you can watch it above.Offering a more detailed look at Denis Villeneuve’s second chapter of Frank Herbert’s sci-fi classic, the trailer gives us glimpses of all-out war as Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) unites with Chani (Zendaya) and the Fremen, while seeking revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family.“Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the universe, Paul must prevent a terrible future only he can foresee,” the official synopsis reads. The trailer also gives us our first look at Christopher Walken’s Emperor Shaddam IV, a character who did not feature in the first film.Dune: Part Two, which will be released in cinemas on November 3, also stars Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Léa Seydoux, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem.Dune: Part Two was officially announced last October after the first film earned more than $40million at the US box office on its opening weekend. Dune was nominated for 10 Oscars and won six, including Best Sound, Visual Effects, Production Design, Music, Editing and Cinematography. On what to expect from the sequel, Villeneuve previously told ET Canada: “I cannot say nothing about the movie – I don’t like to talk about projects as I am doing them – but it’s probably going to be the biggest challenge of my career, again, because it’s even more complex than Part One.”In a four-star review of Part One, NME wrote: “After two hours and 35 minutes, Dune‘s lack of closure feels irksome to say the least.

We found the cheapest tickets for all 56 Drake ‘It’s All A Blur’ concerts

Drake in concert this summer. The Canadian rapper, who announced his nationwide ‘It’s All A Blur Tour,’ with special guest 21 Savage back in mid-March, has tickets available for all 56 concerts on his tour itinerary but none are particularly cheap. At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find to see the new ‘Titles Ruin Everything” author was $71 before fees on Vivid Seats but that was a major outlier.Expect to shell out at least $100 to $220 for the cheapest tickets fat most shows including Drizzy’s seven Big Apple gigs at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center and New York City’s Madison Square Garden from July 17-26.Still, it’s hard to put a price on seeing everyone’s favorite “Degrassi” star live on his first tour in five years. With eleven number one albums and countless bangers under his belt, catching Drake live is a bona fide bucket list experience for any self-respecting hip-hop fan.Want to hear “One Dance,” “Hold On We’re Going Home,” “Passionfruit,” “Started From The Bottom,” “Hotline Bling” and so many more hits live? Here’s everything you need to know and more about Aubrey aka Drake’s ‘It’s All A Blur Tour.’All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.(Note: The New York Post confirmed all above prices at the publication time.

Box Office: Jennifer Lawrence’s ‘No Hard Feelings’ Aims for $12 Million Debut, ‘The Flash’ Braces for 60% Drop

Rebecca Rubin Film and Media Reporter Can an R-rated comedy that draws big laughs still bring in outsized ticket sales at the box office? Jennifer Lawrence’s “No Hard Feelings” will put that question to the test as the raunchy funny film opens over the weekend in 3,000 North American theaters, where it’s expected to earn a tepid $12 million in its debut. That’s not a terrible result at a time in which theatrical comedies, especially of the R-rated variety, have become something of endangered species. But it also wouldn’t be a great start considering its star power, $45 million budget and prime June release date. Earlier this year, Universal’s wild R-rated “Cocaine Bear” opened to $23.2 million — and (with all due respect to the drugged-up grizzly) that film wasn’t headlined by one of the biggest names in Hollywood.

311’s Nick Hexum on 30 Years of Rock, Being Hated by Critics, and Their Next Album’s ‘Big Riffs’

William Earl For over 30 years, Omaha rockers 311 have been a fixture on alternative airwaves and renowned for their dynamic live shows. The band started in 1988 and their current lineup — Nick Hexum (vocals/guitar), Chad Sexton (drums), Tim Mahoney (guitar), SA Martinez (vocals/DJ) and P-Nut (bass) — has been solid for some 31 years. Blending heavy riffs with reggae flourishes, hip hop verses, funk breakdowns and touching on countless genres, the band’s musical influences are varied and have led to chart-topping songs, including “Down,” “Amber,” “Come Original” and a popular cover of the Cure’s “Love Song.” 2023 is as busy as ever for 311, as the group is headed on a fall tour with openers AWOLNATION, reissuing their debut album “Music” on vinyl, announced a new beer called Come Original India Pale Ale, and even released a TikTok-friendly sped up version of “Amber.” As if that isn’t enough, they’re planning to record a new album during a break on tour.

‘The Traitors’ EP Toni Ireland On “Elevating” The Reality Competition For An American Audience

The positive response to the Dutch reality series De Verraders has brought different versions of The Traitors to many countries, but executive producer Toni Ireland says the biggest challenge for her was to ensure that the U.S. production stood out in the crowd. Peacock’s The Traitors brings together a group of everyday people and reality TV stars in an elaborate murder-mystery competition hosted by Alan Cumming. Perhaps the biggest change in the U.S. series was in how the game ended, which led to a shocking finale where the group needed to unanimously decide to either trust their fellow finalists and split the money or call for another elimination vote if they believe a traitor is still among them.

Tupac’s Legacy as a Complicated Trailblazer Remembered as the Rapper-Actor Receives Hollywood Walk of Fame Honor

Andrew Barker Senior Features Writer On April 15, 2012, 2Pac made his debut appearance at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. At this point, it had been 16 years since Tupac Amaru Shakur had been murdered on the streets of Las Vegas at the age of 25. And yet there he was onstage, his holographic likeness projected with uncanny vividness alongside his onetime collaborators and labelmates Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, whom he now appeared to be speaking to and trading bars with in front of an audience of 80,000. As the first performance of its kind, the 2Pac hologram became national news, and sparked worries that a wave of holo-tours, featuring ghostly apparitions of long dead stars, would soon be filling festival grounds and amphitheaters. Aside from a few one-offs, however, this did not come to pass. And yet the 2Pac hologram still felt significant for a different reason. After a decade and a half of vault-clearing posthumous releases, books, documentaries, statues, shout-outs in hundreds of hip-hop songs, and murals in virtually every American city from the Bay Area and back down, Shakur’s iconography had long seemed at risk of swallowing the brilliant, infuriating, inspiring, complicated man himself, leaving only a depthless shadow behind.

Box Office: ‘Transformers: Rise of the Beasts’ Aims for $60 Million Debut, Battles ‘Spider-Verse’ for No. 1

Rebecca Rubin Film and Media Reporter “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” is readying to turbocharge the box office, targeting $50 million to $60 million in its opening weekend. There’s a chance that inaugural ticket sales could climb higher as the Paramount Pictures film touches down on Friday in 3,700 North American theaters. But the latest Autobot adventure is expected to face headwinds from last weekend’s champion, Sony’s “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.” The animated comic book sequel launched to $120 million and looks to add $45 million to $55 million in its second weekend of release. That’s close to double what the original, 2019’s “Into the Spider-Verse,” earned in its debut. Yep, Spidey’s still got it.
