Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer and judge Shirley Ballas has revealed which of the remaining Strictly stars "isn't leaving without the trophy". Speaking about Ellie Leach and Vito, who are the only couple to have not faced the dance off in the 2023 series, Shirley said on Strictly It Takes Two that she should title Ellie as 'Miss Consistency'.
The judge said: "I feel like I should title her Miss Consistency, so she is consistent from day one, when she started off and was uncomfortable with the moves, I think between the two of them, Vito found the right choreography for this young lady.
She never looked bad in anything that she did. So consistency was the key for this young lady." After revealing early on in the show that Ellie was "finalist material", Shirley then offered tips on how Ellie could get full marks and a score of 40 in the final.
"I know Vito very well and he's got a strong mental approach for this, he will be taking Ellie into this final as if it's just the last practice that he's done in the practice hall. He won't be trying to lift his performance on the evening, because he would have put it all into the last practice in the ballroom".
Predicting who will be taking home the trophy, Shirley then added: "So I feel like she is going to give us a real, everybody a run for their money so I think this is a very very tight final. Don't underestimate Bobby, Leighton is coming in with all the strength and Ellie is determined as the only female standing, she's isn't leaving without the trophy".
This followed after Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola shared a heartfelt joint announcement, thanking their fans for the overwhelming support ahead of the final. Vito, 31, shared his heartfelt thanks on Instagram,
