STAYC have dropped their latest single album ‘Teddy Bear’, alongside a music video for its title track of the same name.‘Teddy Bear’ was released in full on February 14 at 6pm KST and includes a total of two tracks: lead single ‘Teddy Bear’ and a Korean version of their hit Japanese single ‘Poppy’.In an interview prior to the single album’s release, leader Sumin described ‘Teddy Bear’ as “STAYC’s identity”. “What STAYC pursues and is best at is conveying bright energy and a hopeful message.
In our upcoming album, that vibe is especially captured well,” she told Singles Magazine, as translated by Soompi.Both ‘Teddy Bear’ and ‘Poppy’ were written and composed by hitmakers Black Eyed Pilseung, frequent STAYC collaborator Jeon Goon, and producers Rado and Flyt. Black Eyed Pilseung are also executives at STAYC’s label High Up Entertainment.STAYC’s comeback was first confirmed in January by High Up Entertainment in a statement to Sports Kyunghang.

The latest report from Media Partners Asia, “SEA Online Video Consumer Insights & Analytics” shows 48.4 million paid online video subscriptions at the end of 2022 in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. The full year saw 11.8 million net new customers, with 7.3 million of that total coming in the second half, including 4.6 million in the fourth quarter. Indonesia accounted for half of the increase.
