Tom Holland and his brother Harry Holland were pictured arriving at the opening night of the Sands: International Film Festival of St Andrews. The Scottish film festival is set to take place over three days.
The event, which is held in the east coastal town, promises to showcase an "exciting and diverse" range of international cinema as well as film-related events and workshops for local, national and international audiences. Harry's own short film was featuring in the festival.
The up-and-coming director was delighted to present his heartbreaking story which is said to be "rooted in love and grief," called Last Call. It stars Lindsay Duncan as Kate, a desperate mother trying to reconnect with her son, played by his brother Tom.
Harry's impressive short film is described as "an invitation to an often difficult, yet necessary conversation about youth mental health". The inspired director was joined beaming alongside his brother Tom and festival director Ania Trzebiatowska at the opening night.
Their trip to Scotland was also a chance to attend the first annual Tom Holland Charity Golf Tournament benefiting The Brothers Trust. They were joined on the green by Avengers director Joe Russo and video game designer Donald Mustard.
Elsewhere, British Hollywood actor Tom Holland will return to the West End in a new production of Shakespeare’s Romeo And Juliet.
The film and TV star, 27, best known for playing Peter Parker in the latest Spider-Man movies, will portray Romeo Montague in the Jamie Lloyd Company’s version of the romantic tragedy.
Director Lloyd, 43, said: “Tom Holland is one of the greatest, most exciting young actors in the world. It is an honour to welcome him back to the West End.”
