A terraced home in Greater Manchester has been snapped up within days of being put up for sale as estate agents say the market is still 'moving quick'. The three-bed property in Westhoughton, Bolton was listed for sale on March 29 and attracted lots of interest from prospective buyers.
The house was marketed by Bolton-based estate agents Roe & Co who were accepting offers over £175,000. The estate agent said that within just five minute of listing the house online, they already had a request to view it.
Over the following days the 'move-in ready' property received an influx of offers from several 'keen' househunters and after just five days on the market, it sold for a 'fair bit over' the asking price.

The mews-style house was listed as 'immaculately presented throughout', making it an ideal purchase for someone wanting a modern property that was ready to move straight into with 'little to do'.
Whilst being situated on a quiet residential area, the house also benefitted from having no chain which allows for a more straight forward and stress-free buying process.
The house itself boasts an entrance hallway, stylish living room, kitchen dining area, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a large 'low maintenance' garden to the rear and a garage.
Speaking about the home's speedy sale, Kate Roe, director of Roe & Co told the M.E.N: "We listed the property on the Wednesday and within five minutes of launching at 6pm we already had a viewing request. So we knew the next morning it was going to be busy.
"The viewers were that keen that they wanted to view that day, which of course we were happy to assist with and booked seven viewings for that
