Sophie Wessex has 'strict exercise regimen' that bonds her with Zara Tindall

Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, 58, looks incredible and is said to owe her impressive physique to an active lifestyle and healthy diet. Emer Delaney, a specialist dietitian from My Private Diet, provided insights into Sophie's diet program in an interview with Express.co.uk.
According to the expert, Sophie's diet comprises predominantly of plant-based foods, organic vegetables and fruits, fish, salads, and lean protein. Emer also added: “Exercise and a healthy diet feature highly as Sophie is a keen equestrian and follows a strict exercise regimen including cycling and running." The Duchess’s love for equestrian sports, running, and cycling, has been well documented over the years.
Sophie's passion for cycling also extends beyond her personal fitness, as she often participates in charity cycling events, such as the Duke of Edinburgh Diamond Challenge from Edinburgh to London in 2016. Despite her busy schedule, Sophie prioritises her health and fitness, and Emer suggests that healthy eating and regular exercise can be incorporated into most people's daily routines, regardless of their budget.
