Scotland's weather this weekend has called for six flood warnings to be issued as parts of the country face a battering of heavy rain.
There are flood warnings for parts of Tayside, the central belt and southern Scotland today as issued by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency ( SEPA ).
Two flood warnings are in place alongside four more severe flood alerts.
The warnings come after a band of rain pushed through into Scotland on Friday evening with some gale force winds.
Traffic Scotland urged drivers to take care given the weather conditions on the roads in a number of areas, including: Fife, Perth, Falkirk, West Lothian, Falkirk, Clackmannanshire, North Lanarkshire, and Dumfries and Galloway.

As for the weather forecast today, the heavy rain will subside into showers as Scots enjoy milder temperatures between 9 to 11C.
There will be some clear spells tonight for Scotland and northern Ireland, Met Office meteorologist Aidan McGivern said.
This weekend the showers will not only die down, but the weather in northern Scotland is expected to be nicer than the rest of the UK on Sunday.
"Sunday, for the vast majority away from central and northern Scotland, it's a wet and windy day," he said.
"So all in all, a wet and windy Scotland with one exception - northern Scotland staying largely bright and dry here with just a few showers for the northern isles."
