In light of this cameo appearance, speaking on behalf of Spin Genie, Darren weighed in on how Sam could fit into a future presenting role, given This Morning's imminent shake-up after Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's departures. "Sam Thompson would make a perfect addition to This Morning," he began. "Presenting and being on camera comes naturally to him and you get a sense he feels confident and comfortable doing it.
