Rylan Clark fears 'sacking' as he brands employers 'cowards' over reality show move before defending himself

Rylan Clark was quick to fear being sacked after branding his employers 'cowards' over their decision for one of the most-watched reality shows at the moment. The BBC Radio 2 host is clearly as hooked as the rest of us on the new series of The Traitors.
The BBC One reality show returned to screens for its second series earlier this month. As with the first series in 2022, players are made secret traitors and were tasked with "murdering" faithful contestants, while the latter had to root out the traitors and "banish" them with a cash prize for those left standing at stake.
The Traitors has been airing three episodes a week, from Wednesday to Friday, meaning that fans are having to wait five days between the last episode of the week airing and the first of the new week.

The last episode, which aired on Friday (January 12), was left on a major cliffhanger as Claudia Winkleman informed the traitors that there was no secret meeting and instead, they had to murder in plain sight. They had to discuss which faithful to assassinate with a poison chalice, which was hidden inside a book which they had to find without being caught in the Scottish castle.
Then at the end of The Traitors episode, viewers of the popular episode, viewers watched as fan favourite and ex-teacher Diane was offered the cup filled with a fizzy wine after Miles convinced her to swap as he wanted a 'still' glass of rose instead.
