Roman Kemp will take on one of the highest-profile jobs in his broadcasting career when he hosts the BRIT Awards 2024 with Maya Jama and Clara Amfo. The presenter has called it a "real pinch me moment".
He said: "Hosting the BRIT Awards - what an honour. I remember watching the BRITs on TV when I was growing up so to be asked to host this year’s awards, is a dream come true.
"It’s going to be a privilege to share the stage with so many talented artists and to celebrate the incredible achievements of all the nominees and winners this year."
Roman has showbiz in his blood but he's made a name for himself in his own right with a string of TV and radio appearances. He has also become a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and support, presenting two documentaries and penning a book on the subject, drawing on his own life and mental health journey.

Roman was born on January 28, 1993. His dad is Spandau Ballet star and actor Martin Kemp. He grew up in Hertfordshire and went to Berkhamsted School.
His mum Shirlie Kemp was one half of pop duo Pepsi and Shirlie and appeared alongside George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley in Wham! Roman's sister Harley Moon is a film maker, songwriter and photographer.
Although Roman has appeared on TV alongside Martin many times and regularly appears on the Celebrity Gogglebox sofa, he's previously spoken of his desire for viewers to know him just as himself. Before entering the I'm A Celebrity jungle in 2019 he said: "I am always referred to as Martin Kemp’s son so it would be nice for everyone to get to know me a bit better."
