Real reason Gino D'Acampo quit Gordon and Fred travel show amid backstage feud rumours

Gordon Ramsay, Gino D'Acampo and Fred Sirieix will reunite for the last episode of their travel show as Gordon, Gino and Fred: Viva Espana! premieres on Sunday.
The series shows the trio exploring cuisine and culture as their Spanish special marks the end of an era after Gino sensationally quit the show earlier this year. Gino, 47, announced in March he had made the decision "not to film any more Gordon, Gino and Fred Road Trips" due to scheduling conflicts.
Gino assured fans his exit had nothing to do with a feud between the trio, but insisted he wanted to preserve the friendship to avoid falling out over contracts. Gordon, Gino & Fred: Road Trip is produced by the Hell's Kitchen chef's production company Studio Ramsay, started in 2018.
Addressing his decision, Gino said at the time: "Last week I decided not to film any more Gordon, Gino and Fred Road Trips. The reason is very simple – nothing to do with Gordon or Fred, the friendship is very strong. It’s just because we can’t get the dates together and sometimes when we do get the dates together sometimes they get changed and it causes a lot of problems for me because I have other stuff that I have to do."
He went on to add: "Personal problems as well because when I have to change things with my family it is very complicated and also because contracts. Because contracts start to become very complicated and very stressful, I personally value the friendship with Gordon and Fred so much that I would rather the friendship than arguments with the contract.
"So I have decided not to do it anymore because I want to be friends with the boys for many, many years ahead."
The celebrity chef went on to discuss his exit from the show during an appearance on Good Morning Britain the
