Emmy-nominated TV and film producer Brooke Posch (Broad City, Difficult People) is launching Good&Done Entertainment.
Good&Done’s plan is to produce comedy in television and film by working with established talent while also supporting the next wave of comedic voices. UTA worked with Posch to set up her new company and will continue to represent her andGood&Done.
“Throughout my career I’ve experienced the incredible rewards of having developed and produced some of the most extraordinary voices in TV and film,” Posch said. “Unique perspectives are the drivers in breakthrough programming, and we’re excited to shake up the comedy landscape.”
Posch’s first hire is Hanna Kitziger as Good&Done’s Head of Development. Kitziger was most recently the VP of film & TV at Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video. Previously, she was at Universal Television, working alongside creators including Mike Schur & Dan Goor on Brooklyn 99 and Jason Katims & Jessica Goldberg on The Path.
Posch served as executive producer on Broad City, Difficult People, A Black Lady Sketch Show, Fire Island, Wedding Season, and UK Channel 4’s Everyone Else Burns. She also was part of the development of Inside Amy Schumer and Russian Doll.
Posch was most recently the President of Jax Media and departed last year after its sale to Imagine Entertainment. During her tenure at Jax Media, which began in 2018 as President of Original Programming, she launched several original international and domestic series. She also established Jax UK and set up a non-scripted division and a movie division with Fire Island.
Before joining Jax Media, Posch was an Executive Producer and Co-Head at Amy Poehler’s Paper Kite Productions and an SVP of Programming at Comedy Central. She

Naman Ramachandran Dubai-based sales agency Cercamon has acquired worldwide rights for Indonesian film “Crocodile Tears,” it was revealed at Hong Kong rights market FilMart.
