Expectant mum Kate Ferdinand has shared the comedic "reality" behind her appearance on ITV's Loose Women. Former TOWIE star Kate Ferdinand, 32, and her former footballer husband Rio Ferdinand are expecting their second child together in just a few weeks. She appeared on Wednesday's instalment of the popular panel show where she revealed the baby's position and said "she is kicking" her in the ribs.

In it, she sports the same dress she wore during her segment but with the fuzzy white slippers instead of a pair of high heels. During her discussion with the ITV panellists, Kate opened up about the final weeks of her pregnancy.
She said: "Can I tell the truth, the baby is breech. She is kicking me in the ribs and on my bladder." Kate is also mum to her two year old son named Cree with her husband. The reality star is also step-mum to Rio's children Lorenz, 16; Tate, 14; and Tia, 12, who Rio shared with Rebecca Ellison, his late wife who died of breast cancer in 2015.
