A man has been arrested after a car was found perched atop a metallic cylinder in a Scots town roundabout.

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace a man from the north-east of Scotland, after he disappeared in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Charles Robertson was last seen at around 12.15am on Tuesday, June 13, in the Benaigen View area of Rothes, Moray.
He is described as 6ft, with fair hair and when last seen was wearing black shorts and a black hooded top. Charles is believed to be driving a grey coloured Audi, registration mark YR08 EJN.
Anyone who may have seen Charles since this time, or who has any information which could be relevant, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 288 of June 13.
