Traffic came to a stop on a busy Scots road this morning after a horror two-vehicle car crash.
Emergency crews scrambled to the scene at Grangemouth Road in Bo'ness around 10:10am on Friday, January 26 after reports of the collision.
Police locked down the road while recovery of one of the vehicles was arranged and traffic built up on both sides of the road.
An image from the scene shows police and the fire brigade at the scene, with officers surrounding a yellow car that had considerable damage to the front end of the vehicle.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.10am On Friday, 26 January, 2024, police were called to the A904 in the Bo’ness area, following a report of a two-vehicle crash. Recovery was arranged.”
“We were alerted at 10.15am on Friday, 26 January to reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Grangemouth Road, Bo'ness.
"Operations Control mobilised two appliances to the scene, where firefighters assisted in making the area safe.
"Crews left at 10.37am."
