Paddy McGuinness admitted 'it's always a heartbreaker' as he shared an update parents will relate to only too well. The Top Gear host regularly shares videos showing him on dad duty - and today it was back to school time, with the star admitting to a range of emotions.
Bolton-born Paddy - who shares twins Penelope and Leo and youngest daughter Felicity with former wife Christine - has shared a fair few videos showing him in the car musing over life while on the school run. One even saw him busting out a few dance moves to 90s R 'n' B tunes.
Today the baseball cap-clad dad-of-three was in more contemplative mood, saying: "Just dropped the kids back for the first day at school. Oh it's always a heartbreaker isn't it. But I tell you what, they are growing up! So tall, so gorgeous. Good luck to all you mums and dads today."

Paddy added with a sigh, arms folded at the steering wheel: "I mean that's if your kids are going back today. If they're not...well, enjoy. Right! Home, cup of tea, bit of daytime telly and get stuck into work."
The camera flipped around to show a blue teddy bear in a child seat in the back of the car. Paddy said: "'I've got a passenger there to take back home. That's Blue Bear. He goes everywhere with Felicity.
"Anyhow, hope your kids have a smooth day. In a bit."
Parents were quick to share their own back to school stories with the star. jwilson12345679 said: "I had to carry my ASD son into school upside down.
