Graham McTavish has shared a clip of himself in Glasgow as he promoted his new book Clanlands.
The Scottish actor can be seen wandering up the city's Buchanan Street, enjoying a pipe band performing on the busy shopping street.
Taking to Instagram, he captioned the video: "Lucky enough to be in Glasgow today promoting our wee book “Clanlands” during the world piping contest when bands from all over the world descend upon 'the Wee Green Place'.
"They do impromptu performances all over the city and this was one of them. Just wonderful stuff."
Fans flocked to the comments to quiz the Outlander star on his upcoming book, which is a joint project once again with Sam Heughan.
@jewles838 asked: "I love the pipes , but what about this book your promoting? Tell us more, please. It sounds like something this history buff would love to read, just by the title."
And Graham replied: "It’s the third book Sam and I have written. This one chronicles our time in New Zealand.
