With a powerhouse chorus that’s home to the iconic lyric “my best friend Lesley said, ‘Oh she’s just being Miley’” (where is Lesley now? Did she ever even exist?), it’s my personal hot take that this is one of the best songs of Cyrus’ career thus far.
