Reports from The Times indicate Sheikh Jassim has no plans to increase his £5billion offer to purchase United.
Along with British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe - via his INEOS company - the Qatari banker remains among two frontrunners to assume control at Old Trafford on the proviso the Glazer family actually sell up. However, as per the article from The Times above, Sheikh Jassim has 'issued an ultimatum' when it comes to the selling figure.
It's understood the Americans are holding out for closer to £6billion to meet their valuation for the club. However, as he targets a complete buyout, Sheikh Jassim might not give any wiggle room with his final bid.
