Manchester United could be set to miss out on Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar this summer - with Premier League rivals Chelsea now joining the race for his signature.
That's according to a report from French news outlet Le10Sport, which claims the London side could make an early summer transfer window swoop for the Brazilian. PSG have already confirmed the departures of Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos following the culmination of their 2022/23 season, and Neymar could be the next big name to follow them out of the exit door.
It's claimed that incoming Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is keen to reunite with Neymar, who he managed during his time in the French capital. The report also claims that PSG are looking to get a "good" transfer fee for the forward - which could also rule out a move to United as they look to work within Financial Fair Play regulations this summer.
That has not deterred Chelsea from opening discussions with PSG over a move for Neymar, though, according to the article. Neymar has been widely-linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent weeks, although it remains to be seen how concrete any potential interest in the superstar forward actually is.
