A man has denied being involved in an alleged armed robbery of a group of football agents at a Moss Side café. Talleko Lemonious, 26, pleaded not guilty to the robbery of five men, including the brothers of United forward Marcus Rashford and Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Mr Lemonious pleaded not guilty to robbing Dane Rashford of a watch, and not guilty to robbing Tyler Alexander-Arnold of a Range Rover and a wallet. He also denied three further alleged counts of robbery against three men, who were said to have been robbed of watches and a wallet.
During a hearing at Manchester Crown Court, Mr Lemonious also denied being in possession of a double-barrelled shotgun while committing an offence, as well as having a machete and a baseball bat. The allegations relate to an incident on January 12, 2019, when the men were said to have been robbed at the Little Rock Cafe in Moss Side while they were eating breakfast.

He is jointly charged with two other men, Tariq Dervan, 22, and Romario Harmer, 20, who have not yet entered any pleas. The three men are jointly accused of five counts of robbery, one count of being in possession of a double barrelled shotgun while committing an offence, and counts of being in possession of a bladed article, namely a machete, and having an offensive weapon, a baseball bat.
Mr Lemonious also denied being in possession of a firearm while prohibited. A further court hearing was scheduled for later this month, when Mr Dervan and Mr Harmer are expected to enter their pleas.
A trial date has been set for August. Mr Lemonious, of Shady Lane, Wythenshawe, and Mr Dervan,
