Love Island in huge shake up as couple forced together after shock double elimination

Fans were shocked once again when it was announced the Love Island villa would be waving goodbye to another two contestants, just weeks ahead of the final. In last night's episode (February 8) viewers were told that a shock dumping would be happening in the next episode and two contestants would be evicted from the South African pad.
This comes after contestants were forced revealed who they thought were the least compatible couple - and four couples faced a dreaded vote-off.
It was then brutally revealed tonight that Joe Garratt and Joanna Chimonides would be leaving the villa immediately after the Islanders were forced to chose who they wanted to eliminate. The pair were up against fellow Islanders Jess, Callum, Arabella, Chris, Casey and Eve.
With Joanna and Joe sent home, it meant Chris and Arabella were automatically coupled up. In last night's episode, the contestants received that all-important text about a challenge they would participate in which made them admit who they thought would be the least compatible couple - but no one could predict their answers would lead to a couple leaving the show.
And their actions had consequences and shocked viewers as they get closer to the finale where they compete for that all-important £50,000 prize money.
The drama, however, just keeps on coming in the Love Island villa as another new bombshell is rumoured to be entering the Love Island All Stars villa tonight. Series two star Adam Maxted, 31, is reportedly joining the line-up in the coming days, which will no doubt shake things up and ruffle a few feathers with existing couples on the show.
