Loose Women descended into chaos yesterday following a comment from panelist Brenda Edwards. Brenda was on the panel on Tuesday's show alongside Charlene White, Coleen Nolan and Kéllé Bryan.
The Loose ladies were discussing the findings that people who listen to heavy metal have more partners than any other genre of music, writes Birmingham Live. Kéllé said that Björk's Play Dead was one of her favourite tracks and singer Brenda said Black Sabbath's Paranoid is one of her favourite songs.
Charlene turned to Brenda, who is a self-confessed heavy metal fan, to ask whether the figures were correct. Brenda replied: "Not for me, personally." Before adding that she was "in her element" when she was able to work with mentor Sharon Osbourne's husband Ozzy back in 2005 on The X Factor.
Brenda admitted to being starstruck "seeing him in a show other than in Wembley".
Coleen then said that she wasn't sure if playing heavy metal whilst getting frisky would be a turn on for her. Brenda told her: "You'd speed up innit!"
The audience erupted in laughter and Charlene was forced to walk away from the table. The ITV news presenter then returned to her seat, saying: "Since this is a teatime show, I am going to move swiftly on."
And fans were loving the show with many taking to social media.
One tweeted: "Brenda... I was laughing for a good 10 minutes OH MY GOD." While one fan said: "Omg Brenda just made my day never laughed so much . # loose women." Another tweeted: "If Brenda can’t shoehorn herself into a conversation, she just sits there and rolls her eyes… #LooseWomen "
