Maggie Rogers has shared new track ‘That’s Where I Am’ – listen below.The song is the lead single from her upcoming new album ‘Surrender’, which she shared details of last month.In ‘That’s Where I Am’, the singer-songwriter speaks of a love interest who started out as a friend. As she declares her commitment to this love, the buoyant track builds in its backdrop, with handclapped rhythms and deep synths.Rogers sings in the chorus : “It all works out in the end / Wherever you go / That’s where I am / Boulders turn into sand / Wherever you go / That’s where I am.”The video for the track, which is due to be released later today (April 8), was filmed in New York and includes some cameos from famous faces.The 12-track album ‘Surrender’, meanwhile, will arrive on July 29 via Polydor and fans can pre-order the album here.The record, which was co-produced by Kid Harpoon and Rogers, is the follow-up to, ‘Heard It In A Past Life‘, which was released in 2019.

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever have shared a lively new single titled ‘My Echo’, contrasting a jaunty, solo-heavy sound with soul-baring lyrics about feeling trapped in isolation.Written during one of the extended lockdown periods that Melbourne experienced in 2020, the track tackles themes of claustrophobia, anxiety and the damaging effects of a reliance on technology. In a press release, singer/guitarist Fran Keaney said it’s “about being surrounded by phone screens, computer screens, TV screens, paranoia and loss of time and place”.‘My Echo’ arrives alongside a video directed by longtime collaborator Nick Mckk.

Freddie Gibbs has enlisted Rick Ross for a new collaborative single, sharing a punchy cut titled ‘Ice Cream’.The track was produced by Kenny Beats, and is built around a sample used by Wu-Tang Clan‘s RZA and Raekwon for the latter’s 1995 single, also titled ‘Ice Cream’, which appeared on his ‘Only Built 4 Cubin Linx’ LP.Gibbs and Ross pay homage to Raekwon’s ‘Ice Cream’ throughout their cut, notably in the accompanying music video. In it, we see Gibbs riding around in an ice cream van, mirroring footage from Raekwon’s ’90s clip.

Rina Sawayama to release a dazzling new single, ‘Follow Me’.Released today (April 1), the club-ready pop number boasts a wild guitar riff and fierce vocals from both artists as well as a vibrant music video to match the track’s carefree yet exotic direction.Speaking on the track in a press release, Vittar – who is a noted activist – called Sawayama “an icon”, adding that the merging of their musical styles in ‘Follow Me’ is “perfect”.“I really hope the fans love it as much as we do,” she said. “Shooting the video was so much fun as well, wearing iconic outfits, and strutting our stuff on the runway! Foals have shared their latest single, ‘Looking High’ – you can listen to the new track below.The song is the latest preview of the trio’s upcoming new album ‘Life Is Yours’, which is set for release on June 17.Having originated as a demo by guitarist Jimmy Smith, ‘Looking High’ came to life after Smith reunited with Foals frontman Yannis Philippakis and drummer Jack Bevan post-lockdown.Produced by John Hill (and featuring co-production by Miles James and additional production by A.K.
