Linda Nolan has said she's 'trying not to panic' as she offered an update on living with cancer. The singer and TV star shared in March this year that her cancer had spread to her brain and she had been undergoing radiotherapy.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Linda spoke with hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid that after pictures of her were released of her leaving hospital in a wheelchair, just weeks after her 64th birthday, she wanted to give her own update on her condition and it is then she shared how the cancer had spread.
Linda, who has sold more than 30 million records with her sisters in the hit band The Nolans, was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in 2005 but got the all-clear in 2006. In 2017, cancer returned in her hip and spread to her liver in 2020. She discovered the cancer had spread to her brain after suffering three ‘quite nasty falls’, as the disease was affecting her balance.

Back in July, she shared how she was "emotional" after a hairdresser friend shaved her head. Now, Linda as said she’s "trying not to panic", but her memory "seems to be getting worse" as side effects of the cancer and treatment progress.
Writing in her latest column for The Mirror, she recounted a joyous recent family outing to unveil their blue plaque outside Blackpool’s Cliffs Hotel, where the sisters often performed. "What I haven’t spoken about is the less fabulous moment of that day," Linda explained.
