King Charles could be set to give Prince Andrew new royal role to prevent more 'embarrassment'

It’s been reported that King Charles could be set to hand Prince Andrew a new role in the Royal Family to avoid “more embarrassment”.
It comes after the Duke of York’s name was one of 170 people named in a list linked to convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, made public by a New York judge this week.
The names are all connected to the sex trafficking scandal involving Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and were sealed until this week. The list includes victims of sexual abuse, witnesses from court cases and former employees of Epstein.
Prince Andrew, whoo has always denied any wrongdoing, has been linked to the disgraced financier in the past. Now one royal commentator has spoken out and said he believes that any hopes of the prince being given a more important royal role this year have now been dashed, and the King could be forced to giving his younger brother other responsibilities which are out of the public eye.
Richard Fitzwilliams told Daily Express US: “Prince Andrew remains in limbo. He has, as the world knows, lost all his patronages and ceased to be a working member of the Royal Family because of his catastrophic friendship with the deceased paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice, the convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
"The newly released documents will focus further attention on Andrew as will forthcoming television programmes about his 'car-crash' BBC Newsnight interview.
