Katya Jones flashed her incredible abs as she headed to Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals studios on day nine of the upcoming 20th series. The Russian performer was all smiles as she talked on her phone while holding a snack and beverage in London. Wearing a long sleeve crop top and grey fitness leggings, the star looked ready to go in what looked set to be a gruelling dance session. The pro recently celebrated turning 33 in style and took to Instagram to share a series of snaps of herself laughing as she enjoyed her special day with her co-stars, including ex-husband Neil Jones.
Alongside the images, she wrote: “This is a part 1/2 for my birthday post. As it was filled with way too much happiness and joy.
I can’t thank my Strictly gang and friends enough for taking their precious time on tour to share this day with me off stage and finishing it on stage with a happy birthday song! “I felt on top of the world (with the special help of our boys who lifted me up in the air). The biggest shout out to @diannebuswell for hosting us and offering us a love filled space at your gorgeous home where we could acknowledge all the birthdays we had on this tour ( Karen, Neil, Dianne herself and Graziano). Katya is one of the returning Strictly stars after the launch date of this year's BBC series was confirmed for Wednesday 7 September.
However, two-time champion Oti Mabuse and fellow pro Aljaž Škorjanec both quit the series, revealing 2021 was the last time we’d see them on the famous floor. But with the countdown to Strictly officially on, the show has started unveiling its star-studded line-up which includes Two Pints of Lager and A Packet of Crisps star Will Mellor, 46, who was the first celebrity to be confirmed for the 2022 series.
