Kate Middleton's close friend has revealed how the Royal family are "going through hell" following Kate's cancer diagnosis.
Children's clothing designer Amaia Arrieta, the woman behind the young royals' outfits, has spoken about how the family have been coping in the weeks and months following Kate's diagnosis.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Arrieta said: "I'm heartbroken at the moment. I think they are going through hell."

Last week, Prince William gave a rare update about his wife, who is continuing her cancer treatment while carrying out a number of engagements.
During a trip to the north east of England, he met several royal fans who had been waiting outside to see him. One of them was Julie Cain, 60, who asked the heir to the throne: "Do you mind if I ask how your wife and children are? ".
William replied: "All doing well, thank you. Yes, we're doing well."
