King Charles and Queen Camilla made an unexpected visit to the Epsom races for a very touching reason. The Royal duo was spotted landing on the turf for the premier day of the Epsom Derby festival, better known as Ladies' Day, donned in identical raincoats, waving at the excited crowd before settling in their seats in the Royal enclosure. It may be a monumental day for them as one of their own horses, bred by the late Queen, is set to compete amongst the 12 entries in the Betfred Oaks race later on.This particular racing event was the most successful out of the five Classics for Queen Elizabeth II, with her owning two winners in Carrozza (1957) and Dunfermline (1977).
