Judge Robert Rinder rescues 52 orphans from Ukraine and flies them to safety

King Crimson founder Robert Fripp and his wife, singer Toyah Willcox, have shared a cover of Living Colour’s ‘Cult Of Personality’ – watch it below.The cover is a part of the pair’s ‘Sunday Lunch’ video series which was launched in 2020. The series has so far seen the couple share renditions of songs by Ramones, Nirvana, David Bowie, Metallica, Billy Idol, The Rolling Stones, Judas Priest, The Prodigy, Guns N’ Roses, Alice Cooper and many more through Willcox’s YouTube channel.In recent weeks, they’ve covered Neil Young’s ‘Rockin’ In The Free World’, ‘Bullet With Butterfly Wings’ by the Smashing Pumpkins and Kaiser Chiefs‘ ‘I Predict A Riot’; last week’s cover saw the pair deliver their take on Red Hot Chili Peppers’ ‘Can’t Stop.This week though, the pair have revisited Living Colour’s ‘Cult Of Personality’.

The 2022 Oscars took a moment during Sunday night’s broadcast to pay tribute to "The Godfather" film series.  Director Francis Ford Coppola, Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro took the stage at the 94th Annual Academy Awards to celebrate the iconic crime-drama’s 50th anniversary.  After Sean "Diddy" Combs introduced the three stars, Coppola, 82, Pacino, 81, and DeNiro, 79, all joined together on stage to thank the "legends" that brought the film together years ago. Judge Rinder shared an emotional hug with his Strictly Come Dancing partner Oksana Platero's family on the Ukraine border after a week of trying to find them.The TV star has been on the border between Poland and the war-torn Eastern European country. Documenting his search and meeting with other refugees throughout his journey reporting from the frontline, Judge Robert Rinder, 43, was finally able to share a selection of poignant images uniting with 33 year old Oksana's relatives.

The Cure have shared details of a new charity band t-shirt that provides support for Ukraine amid Russia’s invasion of the country.Blue-and-yellow-coloured t-shirts bearing the band’s logo are now available to purchase for £20 here. The hues reflect the colours of the Ukrainian flag.All net proceeds will go to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), a UN agency mandated to aid and protect refugees.

Robert Rinder has sent the UK government an emotional plea to "cut the red tape" for Ukrainian refugees at the Polish border. Speaking to Good Morning Britain presenters Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley live from Przemsyl station in Poland, the television judge, 43, detailed that while thousands of British people want to house refugees and help in any way they can, the UK government needs to make the processes easier.

Right Said Fred, who took issue with the TV personality’s upcoming trip to the Ukrainian border.Rinder is heading to the area to help the grandparents of his former Strictly Come Dancing partner Oksana Platero find safety.According to the UN, more than one million civilians have fled Ukraine because of the Russian invasion.Earlier this week Rinder, a criminal barrister, shared his plans to fly to Poland, which borders Ukraine. “Right now (Platero’s) grandparents are a week into their struggle to find sanctuary in a safe country,” said Rinder on Twitter.

Judge Rinder is set to travel over 1000 miles to Poland, in an effort to help the Ukrainian family of his former Strictly Come Dancing partner, Oksana Platero. The TV star, who was on the show in 2016, revealed that Oksana's grandparents were struggling to find sanctuary in a safe country and has pledged to be at the Polish border on Monday to help them across, as the brutal war waged by Vladimir Putin continues to rage in the Ukraine. Taking to Twitter, the judge - real name Robert - said, "Oksana Platero my Ukrainian dance partner on BBC Strictly gifted me so much.
