Amber Gill has never held back when it comes to her views on Love Island since being crowned the winner of the show back in 2019. And catching up with OK!, Amber has made a prediction that one of this year's singletons could be playing a game in the Mallorcan villa, admitting: "I don't think Jacques really likes Paige." When asked why she couldn't foresee a happy ever after for Cumbrian lad Jacques O'Neill, 23, and Welsh paramedic Paige Thorne, 24, Amber said: "I don't know - that's just the vibe I’m getting!". Tuesday night's episode saw the Rugby Leaguer player - who also happens to be the ex-boyfriend of fellow Islander Gemma Owen - tempted by newbie and fellow northerner Cheyanne Kerr, who he dubbed "his type" upon meeting.
Speaking to the boys, he said: "I woke up in a filthy mood and that, and then I just thought 'what am i doing?', I'm just thinking about Paige and I can't be like that, like it's not me." Despite not yet locking lips with Cheyanne, a preview of Wednesday night's instalment showed the two getting close on the sunbeds after Jacques reveals he's "open to getting to know" the other girls. Meanwhile, his current beau Paige has consistently turned down the advances of the Casa Amour boys, claiming to only have eyes for Jacques.
