It was another eventful night in the Love Island villa on Wednesday as the Islanders continued to get to know the newcomers to the show in the hopes of finding true love. From steamy kisses to flirtatious chats, there was everything to play for in tonight’s show as the islanders hoped to win the favour of the bombshells in their sights.
However, it wasn’t just the potential for recoupling on the horizon that got fans talking, as viewers at home were left particularly shocked by an X-rated moment in the villa pool that saw Jacques O’Neill and Cheyanne Kerr get more than a little friendly. Immediately after the scenes aired, many fans took to Twitter to express their thoughts, with several questioning why the producers felt it was necessary to include the scene.
“Did we need that pool scene between disgusting Jacques and Cheyanne?” wrote one fan. “All we saw this episode was Jaques in the pool I could have gone my whole life not seeing that tbh” added another.
Meanwhile a third, weighed in writing: “As if it could get any worse, that pool scene happened…” While a fourth was left questioning what they had even tuned in to see as they wrote: “What did I just witness with Jacques in the pool.” A fifth meanwhile didn’t mince their words as they wrote: “What possessed the producers to show us that scene of Jacques in the pool. Would rather throw up my own toes than watch that again.” Aside from the shock at the scenes themselves, many fans were left wondering what this now meant for Paige Thorne, who was still excitedly waiting to be reunited with Jacques in the main villa once her time in Casa Amor came to an end.
Love Island was back on Saturday night (July 23) with a montage of unseen clips from the popular ITV dating show.
Adam Collard has matured after "suppressing his huge ego" since his first stint in the Love Island villa, as a body language expert has said. The 26 year old was first on the hit ITV dating programme back in 2018, but experienced a rough time after his head was turned from Rosie Williams to bombshell Zara McDermott – a behaviour that sparked a warning from Women's Aid. Now, it appears he's changed and is currently going strong with Paige Thorne, 24, as the pair have even decided to be exclusive with each other.
There was more heartache in the Love Island villa on Friday night as another re-coupling stunned both the Islanders themselves and viewers at home. Just one day after the arrival of four new bombshells in the Majorcan villa, the girls were once again given the choice of who they wanted to couple up with.
Love Island star Paige Thorne revealed her secret sign indicating she’s annoyed with newcomer Nathalia Campos on last night’s episode. The 24 year old told the girls as they watched the Brazilian bombshell flirt with Adam Collard from the side-lines following her arrival. Nathalia, 23, had pulled Adam, 26, who is in a couple with Paige, for a chat in the garden to get more acquainted with each other — leaving Paige visibly seething as she sat with the ladies.
Adam Collard's apparent redemption story (there's a phrase we never thought we'd write) seems to be playing out in the Love Island 2022 villa and as of right now we reckon we're about halfway through this tale as old as time; which could potentially end with him and Paige Thorne galloping off into the sunset together. As Justin Bieber famously said far too long ago, never say never. We say sunset, in reality what we mean is tacky red carpets, vape pen launch parties, Saturday morning movie premieres and at least a good few months of #gifted.Anyway, being us (heat - hiya), we've been thinking about Adam Collard's turbulent and tumultuous history with Love Island girls which led us to thinking about former Islander Zara McDermott, who he dated for a few months after his first stint in the Series 4 Villa.Fast forward to summer of 2022, and Zara is of course now dating one of our favourite people in reality tele, former Made in Chelsea's Sam Thompson.
Becky Hill made her debut appearance in the Love Island villa when she gave an incredible live performance last week. We saw the singer, 28, perform her chart-topping tracks - My Heart Goes (La Di Da), Remember and Crazy What Love Can Do - for the likes of Paige Thorne, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Danica Taylor who were all seen fangirling.
With the drama following Love Island’s movie night still unfolding, you might not be paying your usual amount of attention to the Islanders’ beauty looks – but we certainly have been. We’ve spotted the girls are almost all wearing the same style of manicure this year: the French tip. This look is very different from those worn by Islanders in previous years when neons and brights were a favourite.
Hi everyone – it’s Shaughna Phillips here. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster ride in the Love Island villa this week, hasn’t it? We’ve had bombshell Adam Collard arriving in a shock twist, and Jacques O’Neill bidding an emotional farewell. Personally, I’ve found the past two episodes a little bit boring.
Love was in the air in the Love Island villa last night as two couples took their relationships to the next level. The first recoupling after Casa Amor saw ex-Islander and latest bombshell Adam Collard pick Paige Thorne after Jacques O'Neill's exit left her single.
Love Island 's Paige Thorne has moved on from Jacque's O'Neill, as she's coupled up with Adam Collard, just days after Jacques' shock departure from the villa. On Thursday 14 July night's episode of the hit ITV2 show, the boys had to choose which girl they would like to couple up with, with new bombshell Adam, 26, – who originally starred in Love Island in 2018 – the first to choose. To no one's surprise, he chose to couple up with Paige, 24, admitting that she was "beautiful", "funny" and "made him feel welcome" in the villa after his arrival a few days ago.
Love Island 's Jacques O'Neill has been seen for the first time since he touched down in the UK, after sensationally quitting the show on Monday 11 July. The 23 year old, who hails from Cumbria, made the decision to leave the show on Monday, citing that he "wanted to feel like himself again", and his dramatic exit was aired on Tuesday night's episode.
Love Island fans will be delighted to know that tonight's much-anticipated instalment will be slightly extended to capture all the drama, as viewers prepare for 'one of the best episodes' ever filmed.
Gemma Owen has had interesting time in the Love Island villa so far. Things got off to a rocky start for the 19-year-old as viewers complained it had become the 'Gemma show'.
The new girls set to get the Love Island boys’ pulses racing have not been officially announced, but we have a sneak look at them and they include a pal of Geordie Shore favourite Charlotte Crosby and a dead ringer for previous islander Molly Smith. At the end of Friday night’s episode viewers were given the first glimpse of the new girls heading to the villa as the original girls have moved to Casa Amor.
