‘Inside The NFL’ Rushes To The CW After Paramount+ Dropped Weekly Series

The BBC is bringing Enid Blyton's The Famous Five books to life through a new TV series. The three-part series will be the first time the BBC has ever adapted The Famous Five for the screen.

Elsa Keslassy International Correspondent Eye Eye Pictures, the banner recently launched by the producers of Joachim Trier’s Oscar-nominated “The Worst Person in the World,” has started filming “Armand,” a feature film starring Cannes prizewinning actor Renate Reinsve. Charades has come on board to handle international sales on the film. “Armand” marks the feature debut of Halfdan Ullmann Tøndel, whose short film “Fanny” was nominated for an Amanda Award, Norway’s equivalent to the Oscars, in 2017. The story follows a 6-year-old boy, Armand, who is accused of crossing boundaries against his best friend at elementary school. While no one knows what actually happened between the two boys, the incident triggers a series of events, forcing parents and school staff into a captivating battle of redemption where madness, desire and obsession arise.

The 76th annual Tony Awards moved uptown to the United Palace Theater, the third venue change in three years for Broadway’s biggest night. This one surprised even Miranda, who excitedly dolled out high-fives to those camped outside the venue as he walked to the red carpet. Old Dominion frontman Matthew Ramsey is still on the mend after a painful ATV accident in March. However, he's managed to ditch the cane as he heals up.Ramsey — alongside bandmates Geoff Sprung and Brad Tursi — spoke with ET's Rachel Smith during Day 2 of CMA Fest 2023 at Nissan Stadium in Tennessee over the weekend, and he opened up about about going sans cane, and if that means he's full recovered.«Yeah, I'm standing,» Ramsey said smiling, quickly adding that, due to being accident prone in general, he's «never been 100 percent.»Ramsey took to Instagram in March to inform fans that he «was in an ATV accident that has left my pelvis fractured in three places.» Subsequently, the band was forced to postpone several planned concerts.«I'm still doing some physical therapy, yeah.

Joe Otterson TV Reporter “Inside the NFL” officially has a new home, with the long-running sports show now set to air on The CW. The 47th season of the series will begin airing on The CW on Sept. 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT, marking the first time the show has aired on a broadcast network. It will also be available to stream on The CW app and website. The show comes to The CW from Paramount+, which aired it from 2021-2023. Per The CW, new hosts and producers for the new season will be announced at a later date. “We are excited to partner with NFL Films and welcome ‘Inside the NFL’ to the CW Sports family,” said Dennis Miller, president of The CW. “For almost five decades, ‘Inside the NFL’ has been an industry leader in showcasing can’t-miss weekly highlights, unprecedented behind-the-scenes content, exclusive access to players and lively discussion.
