I've studied wine at WSET at both levels one and two, and I've been looking over the level three syllabus as I try to expand my knowledge. As a result I'm closely associated with wine by those who know me - and it's not an uncommon gift to receive. While I doubt most of us would save an open bottle for years, this is a great way to sample your collection and save it for a special occasion or for a guest you won't be seeing for a while that you know will love it. I found it a little intimidating at first as an idea, but, once I'd used it for the first time I realised it's actually really easy to use.
